- Doloact MR tablets contain Chlorzoxazone 250 mg ,Diclofenac 50 mg and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen 500 mg which is used for pain due to muscle spasm. The Tablet is a combination of a muscle relaxant (Chlorzoxazone) and two pain relieving medicines (Diclofenac and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen). The muscle relaxant works on the centres in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm, thereby improving movement of muscles. The pain relieving medicines work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
- How to use
- Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Doloact MR Tablet is to be taken with food. This will help to avoid acidity and heartburn.
- Precautions
- Taking Chlorzoxazone, Diclofenac and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen with alcohol can cause liver damage. Doloact MR tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney and liver disease.
