- Diracip M tablet contains Diloxanide Furoate and Metronidazole as active ingredients. It is used to treat an infection caused by a very small living organism (amoeba) called Entamoeba histolytica (often shortened to E. histolytica). It works by inhibiting energy production and killing the bacteria and parasites; killing intestine-infected amoeba.

- The dosage is based on your medical condition and response to treatment.
- Precautions
- Before taking metronidazole, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or to other antibiotics (such as tinidazole); or if you have any other allergies. This product may contain inactive ingredients, which can cause allergic reactions or other problems.
