Unigan Tabs 500/10mg are a combination medication containing 500mg of Paracetamol and 10mg of Hyoscine-N-Butylbromide. These tablets are designed to provide relief from spastic pain in the smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal, biliary, and urogenital tracts. They are effective in treating conditions such as abdominal pain, menstrual cramps, and urinary tract spasms by increasing the pain threshold and relaxing muscle spasms.

Dosage/Direction

Adults should take 1-2 tablets three to four times daily. Do not exceed 8 tablets in a 24-hour period. Swallow the tablets whole with a sufficient amount of water. Do not chew.

Side Effects

Possible side effects include dry mouth, dizziness, nausea, constipation, and allergic reactions. If severe side effects occur, discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider immediately.
