- Nebilong 5 mg tablets contains Nebivolol 5 mg which is used in the treatment of high blood pressure. Nebilong is a beta blocker that works specifically on the heart. It works by slowing down the heart rate and makes the heart more efficient at pumping blood around the body.
- How to use
- Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nebilong Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
- Precautions
- Taking Nebivolol with alcohol may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate.
Nebilong 5 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy and during lactation.
Nebilong 5 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Common side effects include Nausea, Headache, Fatigue, Constipation, Diarrhoea, Dizziness, Cold extremities.
